Using a Functional Movement Screen, our team at Bon Secours In Motion will identify if you are at an increased risk for injury and work to improve your movement deficiencies. Our certified specialists will conduct a thorough needs analysis to ensure you are getting the appropriate program to improve your performance and reduce your risk of injury.
Our performance specialists implement the latest evidence-based training methods to customize each session to your needs. Through long-term planning and implementation of proper sequencing in the establishment of mobility, stability, strength, and power, we ensure that your athletic performance is peaking at the time of competition. Throughout your program we will expose you to:
Speed and agility training – Exercises designed to improve leg and core strength and shave seconds or minutes off your running time.
Plyometric training – Exercises performed in short intervals that can help you jump higher, run faster, and increase muscle power.
Resistance training – Exercise that helps strengthen and tone muscles and burn calories faster.
Proper nutrition and recovery are also essential components of optimal performance. All of our sports performance evaluation packages include an evaluation with our Registered Dietitians, who specialize in sports nutrition. Through regeneration, recovery massages, and post workout nutrition, our staff will have you feeling great and ready for your next competition.
From the nationally recognized Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) to youth athlete certifications, our team is experienced and certified to help athletes of any age optimize performance.
