College Prep Performance
Enter a collegiate style training program that will prepare any athlete for the rigors of a college weight room and competition at the next level. Whether for camp or a pre-season scrimmage, our program is designed to have every athlete ready and peaking at exactly right time. Our Sports Performance Specialists will tailor each athlete’s strength and conditioning program to their sport-specific needs, and they will lead you toward unlocking every last bit of your athletic potential. In addition, our Registered Dietitian will meet individually with each athlete to assess current dietary habits and recommend changes based on sport specific fueling and recovery needs as well as individual performance goals.
Team/ Group Training Session Overview:
- Warm-Up / Movement Prep
- Acceleration, Maximum Speed and or Multi-Directional Skill Work
- Power Training: Using Plyometric Jumps and Olympic Lifts
- Resistance Training
- Core Training
- Energy System Demand Training
- Cool Down and Recovery
Ensure you are striving for greatness in and outside of the gym by fueling properly. Work one-on-one with our Registered Dietitian to create a nutrition plan that meets the demands of your performance and your lifestyle.
Price: $375 per month unlimited or $250 for 10 sessions (sessions to be used within 90 days)
